DC Heroes United - Account and Login

Get support for your login, your account, and your preferences.

Your unique Player ID is essential for identifying your DC Heroes United account and ensuring its security. If you contact Genvid Customer Support, we may ask you for your Player ID or Session ID to validate your account.

To find your Player ID / Session ID:

  1. Open DC Heroes United.

  2. Tap the “Gear” icon in the upper right corner to open the settings menu.

  3. Tap the “Account” button.

  4. Tap the “Copy Session Info” button.

  5. Your Player Id will appear in the popup.

 

Don’t share your Player Id with anyone. Keep your Player ID private and secure! Your Player ID is unique to you and may be requested if you ever need our assistance with your account.

If you delete and reinstall the app, you lose access to your progress. It may not be possible to restore your account.

If you lose access to your account, Customer Support may be able to help in some circumstances. Please contact support and have your Player ID ready.

Currently it is not possible to transfer your progress to a new device.

Warning. If you delete your account, all of your progress will be lost. Once deleted, it is not possible for Genvid Customer Support to restore your account.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open DC Heroes United.

  2. Tap the “Gear” icon in the upper right corner to open the settings menu.

  3. Tap the “Account” button.

  4. Tap the “Delete Account” button.

After your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to use DC Heroes United using the same account and you will lose your account’s progress and other related information. 

  • You will not be refunded for unused items you may have purchased.

  • Your contact information will no longer be available, so Customer Support may be unable to help you

If you decide to play DC Heroes United again, you must create a new account. This new account will collect and process personal information associated with that account according to our Privacy Policy
