Every Asset. Fully Tracked. Always Production-Ready.
Professional productions run on continuity. From a cast member’s look, a location’s lighting, to a prop’s placement, every visual element needs to be established, consistent, and traceable from the first breakdown to the final frame. Genvid gives your team a single source of truth for every production element, with full provenance built in from the moment an asset is created.
From Screenplay to Asset Library in One Step
Genvid’s Screenplay Breakdown can parse your script scene by scene, extracting every production element across all supported categories, including cast members, locations, props, costumes, set dressing, makeup and hair, vehicles, extras, livestock, and greenery. Every extracted element lands directly in your Asset Manager, organized and ready for visual development.
As your screenplay evolves, your asset library stays current. Running Breakdown again after edits creates new assets and updates existing ones, keeping your production library synchronized with the latest version of the script without manual reconciliation.
Build Your Visual Library with Precision
Every asset can be modified with the Image Editor, which lets your team upload reference images which can be used to generate consistent visuals through scenes and shots with AI, and designate the primary image that represents the asset across the production. Visual development happens inside the platform, without the need for a scattered collection of third-party tools.
Need an asset that isn’t in the screenplay? You can add it directly and then either upload an existing asset or use AI visual generation.
Provenance at Every Level
Every asset generated in Genvid carries a complete record of its origins.
The Provenance Graph visualizes exactly how each image was produced: which models were used, which prompts drove generation, and who made each decision along the way. Generation parameters, structured metadata, and user attribution are captured at the moment of creation.
Genvid provides vital support for studios managing IP ownership, distributor requirements, C2PA, or EU AI Act compliance.
Full Production Visibility
The project dashboard’s history graph surfaces asset generation, activity and status at the project level, surfacing assets with failed generation status that may need attention so production supervisors always know where the pipeline stands.
